About the Position
Everyone at NeuraLegion plays a critical role, and we all want co-workers who want to be here. We’re looking for a unique pedigree in our customer support candidates that is part support, part customer success, two parts can-do attitude and 3 parts passion and desire to help our customers.
Problem solving is one of the most important traits we need in our customer support reps, including the ability to think on your feet. Sure, NeuraLegion’s solutions are easy to deploy and work with, but every environment is different. The customer support team is our face to our customers and vital to maintain happy customers who renew and expand. Candidates need to have excellent English (talk, read, write), a technical degree and interest in Application Security, Windows, APIs and CLI services/commands.
We’ll be honest, the road for a customer success specialist is filled with both successes and challenges, with plenty of bumps along the way. If you are a thrill seeker, have a positive outlook (your glass is always half-full), and want to come back to work every day regardless of how things went yesterday, then this might be the right role for you.
